- Bisexual Resource Center - a Boston-based, donor-funded nonprofit
- Campus Pride - nonprofit group dedicated to supporting GLBTQ student groups and creating safe college environments for GLBTQ students
- EqualityPA - Harrisburg-based advocacy group working to secure equal rights for GLBTQ Pennsylvanians
- GayData - a clearinghouse for data and research on GLBT individuals, hosted by the Drexel University Program for LGBT Health
- GenderTalk - a radio program discussing gender issues, including transgender and intersex. GenderTalk is no longer recording new episodes, but past episodes are available for download.
